What is the difference between the Expedition and Vistadome tourist trains?

The Expedition tourist train, just like the Vistadome, belongs to the PeruRail company.

The Expedition is the base category we offer in our tours. If you wish to upgrade to the Vistadome or another train service, you can select it during the booking process.

Below are the main characteristics of each one:

Expedition

Snacks: generally served on dishware and include fruit, local bread, and a hot or cold beverage.
  • Extra: usually includes cultural presentations such as traditional Peruvian dances and fashion shows featuring garments made of alpaca fiber.
