Itinerary
Route
Via Ferrata itinerary in Sacred Valley:
8:00 - 10:30 a.m. Pick up from hotel in Cusco city + arrival & security briefing
At 8:00 a.m. you should be waiting for us at the door of the hotel in Cusco. After picking you up, we will head towards the Sacred Valley. Once at our destination, there will be a brief safety briefing and the specialists will give you the necessary equipment to enjoy the Via Ferrata activities.
11:00 - 12:45 a.m. Mountain hike & box lunch service
Once we are ready to start, we will make the ascent through the mountains enjoying unparalleled panoramic views. Once at the top, we will enjoy a box lunch service.
12:45 - 3 p.m. Descent down the mountain + return to Cusco
After lunch, we will start our descent down the mountain. Once we have finished that, we will start our trip back to Cusco.

- With 3 days or less notice, there will be no reimbursement.
- Between 4 and 7 days’ notice, 70% reimbursement.
- More than 7 days, 90% will be reimbursed.
Date changes:
- Fees applied for change of date in private tours:
- There will be no extra charge if notified more than 5 days in advance.
- If notified between 3 and 5 days in advance, an additional charge of 20% will apply.
- If notified 2 days or less in advance, it will not be possible to make the change and will not be subject to reimbursement.
- There will be no refund in case of delayed flights, train delays, bad weather or other external factors.
