7:30: Departure from Cusco and Travel by train

The adventure will start early in the morning; at which time you will head to the Poroy train station to begin an exciting journey through the mountains.

09:05 – 12:24: Tren Hiram Bingham to Machu Picchu

As soon as we arrive at the station, we will board the luxurious Hiram Bingham train to begin a journey through the hillsides and mountains. On this journey you will not only enjoy wonderful landscapes, but you will also have all the exclusive services. Undoubtedly, a unique experience. We will arrive at Aguas Calientes around noon after 3:50 hours of travel, where the guide will be waiting for you to start the trip.

12:30 – 13:00: Guide’s Welcome and Bus Transfer to Machu Picchu

After having delighted the view with an incredible trip, we will arrive at Aguas Calientes, where a tourist bus will be waiting for you to go to the citadel of Machu Picchu.

13:00 – 15:30: Guided tour to Machu Picchu and bus transfer to Aguas Calientes

Once you have arrived at the Citadel, we will take a guided tour of the most important attractions: squares, roads, temples and other structures built by the Incas. When we finish the tour, we will go to Sanctuary Lodge for an afternoon tea where you can enjoy privileged views of the place.

15:30 – 17:15: Afternoon Tea at Hotel Sanctuary Lodge

Once we have arrived back to the town of Aguas Calientes, we will stop by the Hotel to enjoy a delicious regional snack, enjoying the best views of Machu Picchu.

17:15 – 20:00: Train to Ollantaytambo

We will return to Ollantaytambo station again, but we will do it in style. This time, you will be able to take advantage of the landscapes that you could not see on the first trip by Observatory or Expedition train. You can also choose to do it again with Hiram Bingham to Poroy.

20:00 – 22:00: Private transportation to Cusco

Once we arrive at the Ollantaytambo train station, we will board our private transportation to return to Cusco and rest, although looking forward to repeating this incredible experience.

According to Peruvian regulations, foreign tourists may be exempt from the local tax IGV (VAT).
