Cusco City Tour Itinerary:

In either of the two schedules, the guided tour begins with the transfer from the hotel or lodging to go to the heart of the Plaza de Armas of Cusco to meet one of the most impressive monuments of America and our Cultural Heritage, the Cathedral of Cusco or Basilica of the Virgin of the Assumption, which in addition to its imposing construction, boasts important works of art.

Our second stop is the Temple of the Sun or Qoricancha, considered the main Inca religious center, which also offers a journey into history and culture in its museum. We will then travel by private vehicle to the Sacsayhuaman Archaeological Complex, located 3 kilometers away from the city center and a 30-minute walk uphill from the Plaza de Armas.

In this place, which adorns the mountainous summit (3,700 masl /12,139 ft), you have the spectacular panoramic view of the city of Cusco, in the middle of an extraordinary archaeological conglomerate built in an amazing way with large blocks of stone up to 5 meters high.

The adventure continues in Qenqo, known as the Inca Labyrinth and worship center, located 1 kilometer from Sacsayhuaman, which exhibits immense carved rocks.

The city tour ends around 13:00 hrs for the morning schedule; or 18:30 hrs in the afternoon shift.
