Frequently asked questions (FAQs)

What is a ZIP-Line?

Also known as a canopy, it is a pulley suspended by cables that are mounted on an incline. Driven by gravity, it is possible to slide from the top to the bottom through the cable.

What to wear?

As this is a climbing activity, we recommend comfortable, lightweight clothing that covers your legs, along with appropriate footwear for this type of activity. Keep in mind that as you ascend, it can get colder, so it is advisable to bring something warm. We also suggest carrying a bottle of water.
