Additionally, the tour duration may vary depending on the group's pace. The return time may vary due to local traffic, which is why we provide an approximate schedule. Please remember that traffic and the pace of tourists are not the responsibility of Guru Explorers.

Other Considerations:

• For transportation from Cusco, please note that access may be limited due to the narrow streets of the city; if this is the case, the guide will suggest a nearby pickup point.
• Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Due to environmental, climatic, or other external factors beyond our control, the travel itinerary may vary. If this occurs, we will notify you in advance.
• Guru Explorers values your time and strives to adhere to the tour schedule; however, it may vary due to reasons beyond our control (weather, natural disasters, field conditions, among other demonstrable reasons). We will do our best to offer efficient options and solutions for your enjoyment.

Cancellation Policies:

• No refund for cancellations within 3 days or less.
• 70% refund for cancellations between 4 and 7 days' notice.
• 90% refund for cancellations more than 7 days in advance.

Date Changes:

• No extra charge if notified more than 5 days in advance.
• If notified between 3 and 5 days in advance, a 20% additional charge applies.
• If notified 2 days or less in advance, changes will not be possible and no refund will be provided.
• No refund for delays due to flights, train delays, bad weather, or other external factors.
